My condition had been so so bad. It was not the thing that started recently though. I was sure it was because of autonomic imbalance. I decided to change my bad daily habits and tried to improve the condition. First of all, do yogaish strech exercises and meditation after waking up, before breakfast. And meditate before going to bed as well in order to make the function of the parasympathetic nervous system dominate over the one of the sympathetic nervous system. Make and drink fruit & vegetable juice (smoothie?) again. A little care about what I eat. Also, writing a short diary, which is good to get my thoughts out of me and sort them out. Around one month later now, it works well, at least for now. Still not perfect (actually I forget what is perfect like), but much better. I know these are not special things at all, but I feel it is what I need now.
