ロンドン爆弾テロから1年経過しました。

私も着任後でしたので、恐怖を覚えましたし、日本の家族には要らぬ心配をかけました。
余談ですが、友人からもメールが届き始め、そのとき、頻度多く近距離的感覚で親しくしている友人と、何かあったときには本気で心配してくれる友人は違うのだなと改めて思ったものです。
今日、会社でも正午に2分間の黙祷があります。
信仰の自由は保障されるべきですが、前触れもなく犠牲となった罪のない犠牲者の皆様のために心よりご冥福を申し上げます。
2 MINUTE SILENCE
The Company is supporting the two minute silence to remember those who lost their lives or were injured in the London Bombings on Thursday, 7th July 2005. It is also to think of the families, relatives and friends who lost loved ones on that tragic day.
Would all departments, therefore, please make their own arrangements for the two minute silence at 12.00 noon.
