之前VAMPS翻唱的時候迷過這首歌，後來聽過大衛鮑伊的原唱版後就覺得hyde你這傢伙在幹麻～

VAMPS的重金屬版聽起來像是那種大眾式的，壓抑已久，瞬間炸裂出來的吶喊，邊聽著歌詞和吉他鼓聲的時候確實很容易會有種心臟要脹破胸腔的力量。如果接著繼續聽大衛鮑伊的版本，就會發現原來之前那種心臟激烈的跳動感是從K.A.Z的吉他和hyde那種用盡全力的唱腔而來。
David Bowie在這部影片裡頂著一頭紅髮加上塗滿整個眼眶的亮藍色眼影，一身淡藍色西裝配上接近慘白的臉色，這種有強烈撞色的奇裝異服，像是要故意挑戰地球上眾人遵守的通則。
曲子則是意外的有一種輕盈感，輕巧的像是輕碰就會瞬間崩潰的玻璃，不是直接吶喊叫吼而是涓流般慢慢流洩出自己的不滿，有種安靜的崩潰的感覺。
導致我突然想起英文課本上提到Henry David Thoreau曾說過"The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation."沒想到我還挺會學以致用(｀∀´)。
不知為何很喜歡結束時空彈鋼琴那段，看著有一種很奇怪的感覺在心底出現，卻不知道是什麼。
p.s.不要看David Bowie畫成這樣，事實上是個長很美的人。
