The truth
I always try to doubt what I felt.
I'm not perfect.
I don't accept what I see, feel, or hear.
I doubt first.
And, I research and think it.
I think what I felt intuitively is the truth.
I believe in my heart.
The truth is often unpredictable.
What I thought was true was often not true.
And, I thought I was immature.
If the truth is an unacceptable shock, I accept it.
Because that's what the universe and life have given me.
I receive the truth and move forward.
