🎍今日は、歌会始🎍

2026の御題は「明」

私の一日は、すでにバタバタ通常運転💦
お正月気分もとうに過ぎ、朝から仕事に追われる一日でした〜

このお香、去年買っていたもの。

歌会始に合わせて、京都の老舗香舗・松栄堂が手がけた御題銘香「明」です。

私のルーティン…
朝晩、いつものように香を焚くと、少しだけ気持ちが落ち着きます。
（去年も🇮🇳チェンナイで、どれだけのお香買ったかしら🤭）

香りで一日が始まり、香りで一日が終わる。

それが、私の日常😌

皇室で和歌が詠まれる日は、更に特別。

慌ただしい日常の中でも、
言葉や香りが心を整える時間は大切だなと改めて思いました✨

特別なことはしていないけれど、
こうした小さな習慣が、忙しい日々を支えてくれている気がします。

明日は小豆🫘粥ですね‼︎

Today is Utakai Hajime,
the annual Imperial poetry reading held at the beginning of the year in Japan.
This incense was created by a long-established Kyoto incense maker to mark the occasion and its theme. Lighting incense morning and evening has become part of my daily routine.
Scent quietly frames my day,
from morning to night.

今日1月7日は、「人日の節句」

一年の無病息災を願って、七草粥をいただく日🥢

今朝は土鍋でじっくり炊いた七草粥の朝食でした🍚🌿

お正月の🥢お箸は、白木の丸箸で晴れやかに🎍

そして、

今日は利休箸🥢

プロデュースさせて頂いた八溝のめぐみ 祝い箸を使って🥢

八溝杉は年輪が細かく詰まった目積材で、曲げに強く調湿性と耐久性にも優れている国内でも優秀な杉🌲といわれてます。

今年は少し立ち止まりながら、
自分のペースを大切に、健やかに過ごしていきたいと思います。

節目ごとに食器やお箸を替えるだけで、いつもの食卓が、ちゃんと“養生の時間”になる🫶

そんな日本の暮らしの知恵に、改めて助けられています✨

January 7 is *Jinjitsu no Sekku*,
a day to wish for good health with rice porridge.

This year, I want to live more gently
and take better care of my body.
So I chose my own “Yamizo no Megumi” celebratory chopsticks, *Rikyu*,
for a calm and simple breakfast.

Just changing the tableware a little
can turn an ordinary meal into a moment of care🫶

今年最後の日暮れの筑波山

年越し蕎麦は、お昼に頂き🥢
お節を詰めて準備万端！

そして、来年のカレンダー🗓️

カレンダーは4種。
特に大好きなテキスタイルpatternは思わず♡気持ちが高まります‼︎

来年も良い年にしたい、そんな願いを込めて🫶

2025年も🇯🇵水戸、🇮🇳インド、🇬🇧イギリスでのレッスン📄

新しいお仕事など、たくさんの出会いとご縁に恵まれた一年に心から感謝しています🙇‍♀️

そして来年は、節目の年🫏

これまで培ってきた経験を大切にしながら、また一歩、前進出来たらと思います。

今年も本当に多くの方にレッスンへお越しいただき、学びの時間を共にできたことに、心より感謝しています✨

皆さまとの出会いが、何よりの励みとなりました。

As the year comes to an end,
I reflect with gratitude on the time spent and the many connections made.
In 2025, I was fortunate to welcome so many people to my lessons, both in Japan (Mito) and abroad, including India and the UK.
Sharing time, learning, and creativity together has been one of the most meaningful parts of my year, and I am deeply thankful to everyone who took part.
Next year will mark an important milestone for me.
With the perspective that comes from experience, I hope to continue moving forward thoughtfully, one step at a time, valuing depth, connection, and quiet growth.

ミロトムフラワー🎍生花クラス

新年を飾る瑞花は、和とオリエントの調べをテーマにした生花アレンジメント。

お正月という特別な節目にふさわしく、活ける場所と器の関係性を意識したフリースタイルで行いました✨

🇮🇳の刺繍🪡リボン🎀などオリエントの要素を添え、異なる文化の装飾をお楽しみいただきミロトムらしい新年の花となりました🪷

花を「飾る」だけでなく、文化や歴史、使われ方の背景など
お伝えすることをレッスンの軸にしています。

今年も12か月🗓️多くの感性と向き合い、豊かな時間をご一緒できたことに、心より感謝しています🫶

This floral lesson explored the relationship
between flowers, vessels, and the space they inhabit.
By focusing on asymmetry and cultural context,
floral design becomes more than decoration it becomes a way to understand tradition
through a contemporary lens.
