I am having a great day so far.
I had an appointment with a nail salon this morning.
I usually choose pale colors, but I picked Bordeaux this time and I just love it.
To be honest, keeping my nails beautiful is not cheap, but still it is worth it because it can simply make me smile and feel cherished whenever my fingertips cross my sight.
Then, I had a lunch date with my son and came back home.
I checked my mail box, and I found a letter from my college professor!
I met her when I was in a college in West Virginia, but she’d accepted another teaching position in NY and moved, so she still lives there.
She is intelligent and funny, strong but sweet, thoughtful and energetic, a very attractive woman. I even named my daughter after her.
Today, I received a handwritten letter from the super woman and it certainly made my day☺️
