Hello from Narita airport
After 13 hours, I finally got to Tokyo now
I am seeing a lot of visitors from around the world at the airport.
However, I think I saw a lot more different people with the backgrounds in the States.
I was at the HR conference for a week and there were a lot of discussions on global mobility, gender issues, flexible workplace, engagement and talent acquisition.
At this uncertain, fast changing world, we have to face the reality to make things work.
"We are going to be in deep water if we take actions and move faster."

海外から来た参加者1,100名のうち、日本からの参加者は30名ほどと聞きました。
もっと世界に目を向け、自主的にアクションを取ることが大事なのでは？
