I am here to attend the biggest annual HR event called SHRM16.

There are so many people attending and this year, 1,100 people from 94 different countries participating in this event
Everyone looks thrilled.
We had a opening event yesterday and in the HR professional, HR competencies have been discussed for many years.
These days, HR roles are becoming more business strategic side, aligning with CEO and CFO management team members.
"HR person is not the person who intimidates employees but he or she should be trusted by all employees and give both employees and management teams strategic directions."
