こんにちは！
Work From Home になって、マニラを離れ、セブに引っ越す人がいます。
故郷はセブではないそうですが、インターネットの環境を考えて、
故郷にも近い使いセブを選んだそうです。
フィリピン国内の移動も大変と聞いていたので、様子を聞きました。
トラベルパスは、インターネットで申請でき、それほど大変ではない様子。
そのほか、今いる場所のバランガイ（一番小さい行政区）からのレターと、
引っ越し先のバランガイからのレターが必要とか。
それよりも、マニラを出る前２週間と、セブについてから２週間を、
完全に隔離生活を送らなければいけないとのこと。
その間、買い物に出ることもできません。
また、隔離生活では、自分専用のトイレが確保されていることが条件だそうで、
そうなると実家に行くなどはできません。
セブについてからは、政府が作ったリストにある宿泊施設に泊まり、
また、買い物ができないのでフードデリバリーなどにもお金がかかるのが大変、とのことでした。
ふぅ～。そうなんですね。
１０月に入って、有名な観光地のボラカイもオープンとなりましたが、
観光ビザの発行がまだ解放されていないので、国内の観光客のみ。
トラベルパスをとって観光に入るのでしょうか、、、？
ボラカイ在住の日本人教師の方ともお知り合いになったので、
近いうちに行ってみたいのですが。

Hi guys!!
because of starting "Work From Home", one of my friends will move to Cebu from Manila.
Cebu is not her real hometown, however, for stability of the Internet,
she decided to move into Cebu which is nearer to her family than Manila.
Since I heard that it is tough to travel even domestic, I asked her how it was.
She said she could apply for the travel pass and it was not so tough.
Moreover, she needs the documents from her current balangay and the future balangay.
However, the self quarantine is tough.
She has to be isolated for two weeks in Manila and two more weeks in Cebu.
During those days, she has to stay with her own toilet.
It means, she cannot be with her family.
She chose an accommodation from the list made by government.
She cannot buy some foods, so she will use the food delivery.
It will cost a lot.
Oh～。That's tough...
From October 1st, bolacay which is the famous tourist place was opened.
Only for domestic tourists.
Recently, I found a new friend living there.
I want to visit there shortly.
These are the recent situation in the Philippines.
