Hello folks,
It’s been a long time, and I hope you’ve all been practicing at least some slack key every now and then. Music is almost like a foreign language, if you don’t use it, you lose it!
If you’ve kind of lost it, I suggest taking a refresher course this summer. I’m offering the beginning slack key class for a 6 week course now, (1 session longer than before), and I’ll be including some new songs. Since the registration period has opened up for this summer, only 7 people have signed up. The magic number of students to make a class happen is 12. We need to get our numbers up by this Friday 5/28, or it’s a no go. So if you’re interested at all, please come down to the Kaimuki Community School for Adults office in D-bldg. to sign up soon!
Another reason I’m making this call for more summer students, is to get you in shape for…….a brand new slack key level 2 class coming this fall semester! It will include more new songs, and some of the old ones too, but more in-depth. This one will also be 6 sessions in length, as most people felt 5 sessions were not long enough. Please let me know if you’d like to jump back on the slack key bandwagon again. It’s still rolling, but every once in awhile needs a jumpstart push by musical enthusiasts like you in order to keep on rolling!

友達とパーティしたり、コーラスもしたりw
まあ～、書ききれないほどの思い出があるけど
この前もスクールのスタッフからの手紙が届き
こうしてメールが来たりすると楽しくて充実した日々を
送ってたこと思い出しますね☆
ローガンは大きくなったかな？
またひょっこり行くかもねw
