You said before, " I don't have a lover,  When I got a lover, my lover was attacked, so If I get a lover, my lover is attacked ". That's a reason ? Goodness, you played it so easily. このニュースの見出しは抽象的。正確には”最初の女性との件は強制ではないので性的暴行容疑が晴れました”。
でもこの女性は性的暴行告訴は取り下げている。再告訴したというニュースも伝えられたが同じ容疑では立件できない。が、性的暴行容疑が晴れたという見出しの報道。

Park Yoochun is a member of K-pop group JYJ. Seoul police were investigating him on charges of sexual assault. However, Yoochun has been cleared despite DNA evidence.

Yoochun cleared news comes after DNA was found on the underwear of the first woman who accused him of sexual assault. However, this only proves presence of sexual relations between the two as the evidence is not enough to prove the use of force. Many believe this is enough to clear the star, but Seoul Metropolitan authority did not comment about the acquittal.

Yoochun’s first accuser is a female employee at an adult entertainment sector, who made the accusations last month. Her complaint encouraged three other women to come forward. They accused the JYJ band member of sexual assault in 2014 and 2015. The victims work in bars and claimed that the JYJ band member raped them in the bar bathrooms.

An article in Yibada states that the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency immediately summoned Yoochun following the charges. He was first called in for an interrogation on June 30 and later for four consecutive days since July 02.

警察は否定、ユチョンの容疑が晴れていること＋C-JeS コメント

先の報告にもかかわらず、警察がユチョンの性的暴行容疑が晴れたことを否定しています。

７月７日、江南地区警察署の担当者は、”それは真実ではない。ユチョンに対する捜査は依然として継続中だ。彼の容疑が晴れるかどうかは決まっていない。”　と述べました。

これに先立ち、SBSは、ユチョンが彼に対して性的暴行で告訴がなされていた１番目と２番目の告訴が解かれユチョンの容疑が晴れていると報道しました。　

更に報道されたのは、最初の告訴人、彼女のボーイフレンド、そして、彼女のいとこが、恐喝のため、逮捕状に直面したことを報道しました。

それにもかかわらず、これらの新しい情報のいずれも、警察からの公式発表後に確認できるとしました。

ユチョンのエージェンシー、 C-JeS エンターテイメントもまた、”警察が捜査を終えた時、私たちは私たちの公式声明を出すだろう。”とコメントしました。

Despite earlier reports, police have denied that Yoochun was cleared of any sexual assault charges.

A rep from the Gangnam District Police Station stated on July 7, "It's not true. The investigation against Yoochun is still ongoing. It has not been decided whether he will be cleared of charges."

Earlier today, SBS reported Yoochun had been cleared of charges in the first and second sexual assault cases filed against him. It was further reported that the first accuser, her boyfriend, and her cousin were facing arrest warrants for blackmail. However, none of these updates can be confirmed after official word from the police.

Yoochun's agency C-JeS Entertainment also commented, "We will give our official statement when the police investigation has finished."
