セブ島情報：レチョン・ベリー
柔らかくて美味しいレチョンがセブにはたくさんありますが、私が一番美味しいと思うレチョンは、Cebu Original Lechonのレチョン・ベリーです。皮はパリパリで、中はジューシーです。Cebu Original Lechonは、屋外と、冷房が効いた室内にダイニングエリアがあります。また、80ペソから100ペソの低価格セットもあり、レチョン・ベリー1つと、pusoを2つ、もしくはご飯とソフトドリンクです。レチョン・ベリーは、フィリピンの豚のレチョンと同じように調理され、Cebu Original Lechonでは、豚のバラ肉の中にスパイスを入れてつくっています。ここのソースはpinakuratスタイルで、醤油と酢が入っています。セブ島ではレチョン・ベリーがどこでも食べられます。セブ島で一番美味しいと私は思っているので、ぜひ食べてみてください。
