セブ島ニュース：漁師を逮捕、起訴
タリサイ市バランガイTankeで、目の細かい網と漁具を使用したため、２人の漁師が逮捕された。Tanke-Talisay漁師連合（USFITT）は絶滅危惧種のタツノオトシゴを含めた30kgもの魚、貝を回収した。地元警察はタリサイ市検察庁より先に、２人の漁師を憲法10654違反又は改訂漁業法違反によって起訴した。容疑者は現在、バランガイLawaan2にあるタリサイ市で拘留されている。

IN "Barangay Tanke,Talisay" City two fishermen were arrested after caught fishing fine nets and other active fishing gears. United Small Fishermen in "Tanke-Talisay (USFITT)"were able to recover 30 kgs. of fish and shellfish, including an endangered seahorse .The local police immediately filed a case against them before the "Talisay" City Prosecutor’s Office for violating Republic 10654 or the amended Fisheries Code of the Philippines.The two men were currently detained at the Talisay City Substation in "Barangay Lawaan" 2.
