新たに宣誓就任したマンダウエ市Cambaroバランガイの議員が、5人の未成年者をモーテルに連れ込み飲酒をさせたとして、誘拐罪で起訴される。11月27日に就任したJay-r Yosores容疑者は、マンダウエ市開拓地のモーテルに15歳の高校生とその友人4人を連れ込んだとして告訴された。Yosores容疑者は電話インタビューで容疑を否認し、容疑がかかっている時間にはセブ市にいたと主張しており、マンダウエ市警察署（MCPO）で潔白を証明すると話した。高校生の証言によると、ショッピングモールで3人の女友達と1人の男友達と一緒にいるときにYosores容疑者が夕食に誘ったという。Yosores容疑者はGioという連れが助手席に乗る赤い車で現れ、未成年者たちに後ろに乗るよう告げ、セブ市のモールで酒類を注文したという。その後、Yosores容疑者は車から降り、酒類の入ったピッチャーを手に戻り、未成年者に飲酒を強要したとされる。高校生は証言で、Yosores容疑者はテントを張れる場所に行くと話していたが、モーテルの部屋に連れていかれ驚いた、「私たちは彼が議員なので信用していたのです」と語った。1杯飲むと少し酔ったので、もう1杯を拒否するとYosores容疑者はしつこく要求してきたという。その後、女友達たちと部屋に鍵をかけ、大声で助けを求め、その間酔っぱらった男友達はベッドで寝ていたという。未成年者たちはマンダウエ市警察によって午後10時過ぎに保護された。Yosores容疑者とその仲間は憲法第7610条、児童虐待、搾取、差別に対する特別児童保護法により同意誘拐の罪で告訴される、とPetronelli Baldebrin署長は言った。今日、マンダウエ市検察庁で告訴される。

New village exec accused of bringing minors to motel

A NEWLY sworn in councilor of Barangay Cambaro, Mandaue City will be charged today with abduction after allegedly bringing five minors to a motel and giving them alcoholic drinks. Jay-r Yosores, who took his oath of office last Nov. 27, was accused by a 15-year-old high school student of bringing her and her four friends to a motel in the Mandaue Reclamation Area. Yosores, in a phone interview, denied the allegations, saying he was in Cebu City during the time the abuse allegedly happened. He said he will clear his name today at the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO). Jessa (not her real name) told the police that Yosores allegedly invited her and her four friends, all girls except one, to a dinner in a mall in the reclamation area after soliciting an amount from him last Tuesday for their dance costume.
Jessa said that when she and her friends were in the mall, Yosores allegedly arrived on board a red car along with a companion named Gio, who was seated at the front passenger seat. The minors were told to sit in the back. Yosores stopped the car at a mall in Cebu City and ordered an alcoholic drink. Later, Yosores alighted from the car and came back bringing a filled pitcher and allegedly forced the minors to drink. Jessa said Yosores allegedly told them they would go to a place where they can put up tents. But they were surprised when they were brought to a motel room. “We trusted him because he was a councilor,” Jessa told reporters. After drinking one glass, Jessa said she got tipsy and refused another glass. But she said Yosores allegedly insisted. Later, Jessa and her three girl friends locked themselves up inside the comfort room and shouted for help. At the time their drunk male friend was lying on the bed. The minors were rescued by personnel of MCPO's Investigation and Detection Management Branch past 10 p.m. MCPO Chief Petronelli Baldebrin said Yosores and his companion will be charged with consented abduction in relation to Republic Act 7610, also known as the Special Protection of Children against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. The charges will be filed today at the Mandaue City Prosecutor's Office.

Yosores씨는 Gio라는 일행이 조수석에 탄 차로 나타나 미성년자들에게 뒤에 타라고 말하고 세부 시의 쇼핑몰에서 주류를 주문했다고 한다. 그후 Yosores씨는 차에서 내리고 미성년자에 음주를 강요했다고 한다. 고등학생의 증언으로 Yosores씨는 텐트를 칠 수 있는 장소에 간다고 했지만 실제로는 모텔의 끌려가게 되어서 놀랐다고 하며"우리는 그가 의원이니 믿고 있었다"라고 말했다. 한잔 마시면 좀 취해 그후 음주를 거부하자 Yosores씨는 끈질기게 요구했다고 한다. 그 뒤 여자 친구들 방에 열쇠를 걸어 큰소리로 도움을 청하고, 그 동안 술 취한 남자 친구는 침대에서 자고 있었다고 한다. 미성년자들은 망다우에시 경찰에 의해 오후 10시 넘어서 보호되었다. Yosores씨와 그 동료는 헌법 제7610조, 아동 학대, 착취, 차별에 대한 특별 아동 보호 법에 의한 동의유괴의 혐의로 고소된다고Petronelli Baldebrin서장은 말했다. (12월 5일에망다우에시 검찰청에서 고소됐다.)
