I have visited the Nokonoshima for the first time to see

seasonal flowers and plants with my friends. It was a

little surprise for me that it only took ten minutes by

shuttle ferry to get to Nokonoshima from Fukuoka bay

area. The short ferry journey reminded me of the trip to

San Francisco, when I visited the Alcatraz Island: once

used to be a federal penitentiary in the middle of the

twentieth century.

Countless of cosmos welcomed with its full bloom

to make us feel the touch of the fall. The photo is one

of the best shots I took on that day. It is much better to

see it printed than just look through a computer screen,

well not to mention seeing a real scene...

This is already two weeks ago, and nowadays weather

has been variable, approaching footsteps of the cold,

chilly winter is just around the corner.

I am expecting to visit Tsuiki AB next Sunday to see the

annual airshow. It is sad to hear that Blue Impulse is not

coming due to the last minute schedule change for the

airshow date. However, there are still a lot of stuff to check

out this season such as F-1s' retiring.

Let us hope for the excellent blue sky!
