はずれ無しのチキン照り焼きに、今日は頑張ってタルタルソースを作って食べました。
照り照りのチキンに、酸味のあるタルタルソースが良く合いました。

Combination of Salty-sweet chicken and little sour sauce is excellent!
Everybody (from toddler to elder people) must love this dish!
Teriyaki sauce:Combines soy sauce, sugar, sake. And put them in one bowl and stir well.
Don't make them too sweet! You can put grated garlic in the sauce.
After grilled chicken well, pour Teriyaki sauce and mix them well.

Tartar sauce:Based mayonnaze chopped onions,cucumber(pickles), capers and so on,
Put them in the bowl and stir until well blended and creamy.
You can put some mastard, horse raddinsh, hearbs in it.
You will enjoy Tartar sauce not only meat dishes but also fish dishes (with deep fried fish is excellent!) or vegetables.
