REFLECTION
- From today till the 31st I have to cut back on walking because I have to study for an external exam coming up. To make up for it, I replace walking with jump-rope, which is an assignment for PE, which means Ican use independent study time for it
- I took more time for stretches as usual, partly to compensate for the walking loss
