REFLECTION
- I am a bit dissapointed about myself today because I couldn't take the time to walk in the park (for 1km), which I said I am going to do in yesterday's log.
- To not stop this walking routine, I will try harder to find the time to walk (good thing I have PE in 8th period (independent study); that would be a good time to go out and walk, and hopefully do the jump rope assignment there as well)
- I spent some more time on stretching today but managed to still maintain the amount of muscle exercises
