REFLECTION
- After the last blog post, I took another hiatus (this time unplanned; undesirable). In order to not repeat this and to make it easier for me to re-establish this as a habit, I decided to omit the process of recording my body status because I see little noticable change and thus is not meaningful enough.
- I also decided that I discontinued walking because it is impossible for me to routinely walk like I did during the Zoom period, and the only possible occasion to do so within the week is Sunday which renders ineffective.
- I felt rather horrible doing the exercises (especially push-ups) because I haven't done it for a while now (10 days).
- On a positive note however, stretches were not a problem since I have been doing it whenever I practice the trombone

- Today I did the same routine as yesterday, and it felt slightly better and the pain was less.

- Today I stuck with the altered time, and am willing to continue this way, since my breathing (air intake and output) efficiency increased quite a lot when I practice after exercising

REFLECTION
- I increased the number of reps per set to 20. I hope this helps in buffing up a bit quicker.
- Many brass players are physically built and generally they have richer, louder and stable sounds so I aim to shape my body that way. I aim to incerase the variety of each exercise as well as incerase the sets/reps of the existing menu.

REFLECTION
- Today I brought back the amount of exercise back to 15 because it was a bigger leap than I thought. I will stick with the 15x2 for both exercises for a bit longer so that my body gets used to the workouts more to make transition easier.

REFLECTION
- Today I did the stretches and the muscle exercises at separate timings because of timing. Specifically I did stretching before practicing and did muscle training after I got home, at night.
- I think this is more confortable for me, since I want to maximise the time I have for practicing.

REFLECTION
- Today I did stretching extensively for the upper body, which is important in playing the instrument.
- Although shaping my body to be physically a better suited instrumentalist is not my primary aim, this is what is currebtly driving me to go on with this routine. It's always better with stronger motivation.

- I said to do more muscle trainig, but I am not managing to do so because of the lack of ideas and my arrangements of time,
- For now I am focusing on the efficiency of my stretches, as it provides the very basis of this routine.
