With reference to your concerns regarding this performance at Weill Recital Hall, please note that our venue is governed by strict union regulations. Hence, front-of-house personnel (including ushers and ticket takers) and stage labor are a necessity when one is renting our venue. This cost was definitely indicated in the original email outlining the total minimum charge for renting Weill Recital Hall. We must also adhere to fire codes, so tickets must be issued to anyone entering the premises for a performance - even a private on such as yours.
理由は2点。
①カーネギーは組合の力が強い。
組合員のためにチケットもぎりetc. の仕事を作らないといけないんです。
②消防法の関係。
個人的な催しであっても、チケットを持っている人でないとホールに入ることができません。
チケットといっても、お金を取るチケットである必要はありません。
整理券という意味でのチケットでも、発行しないといけません。
