In a class, I saw a documentary film about the conflict between Palestine and Israel. The title of this film is "Promises".

$I Guess...

In the moments after the watching film, I felt that guiding this conflict to a peaceful settlement was so difficult. In the film, not only adults, but also children seemed to have deep-seated disbelief with each other. And some children also made a show of indifference to the other side, like Shlomo, despite he was so young and might have the possibility of understanding Palestinian children in the future.

What touched or affected me while watching the film is Faraj's word. He said in the film, "I don't want to see the Palestinian children. If I see them, I don't know whether I keep calm not to kill them." I did think that the world where so young children say such a thing absolutely must be changed.
