I think what leadership is meaning ?
Leadership is skill for leader especially.
But, it can study to everyone.

There are three important point of leadership and leader must remember.
First, leader have to lead to the best result.
Second, leader motivate to team's member.
Last, leader should serve for team's member.

It is important and should remember.

My first diary at Ameba

I decide that start to write diary from today.
I study well that using book, but I am not well study from my experience.
So, I feeling that my study have to change.

I like English a little, because pronunciation feel good for me, so I often listen to foreign music.
My favorite kind of music is metal, example, Sonata Arctica, DragonForce, and more.
Sonata Arctica singing San Sebastian is so very good!

In this way, I cannot write English well.
So, I hard practice from today!
