I can't go to Germany, so I have to settle for the little on in Edmonton.
Many Oktoberfests in Edmonton only serve Canada's worst beer - Molson Canadian.
Thankfully they serve German beer there.
Paulaner Wheat is an excellent beer.
It is very smooth and full of flavour.
The difference from most beers is that it is not bitter at all.

Tusker lager is not a very exciting tasting beer.
It would be best to drink on a hot day because it's like drinking water.
More interesting is the brand's story.
It is from Kenya, and has an elephant on the label.
The elephant's name is Tusker, apparently this elephant killed the brewery's founder in the 1920s.
How can that be? Doesn't this elephant look so innocent??

During our honeymoon we travelled 10 hours to tour the brewery.
It was Sunday and was closed!
Anyway, this is a good beer to drink on a hot day.

When poured, there is very little head on the beer.
That's good, I like to drink beer, not air.
This is a light tasting beer, not much flavour but easy to drink.

My first review will be Hitachino Red Rice Ale.
I always wanted to try this beer but it is very difficult to find in my city.
The label is cute, I like the owl. It is also colourful.
Sometimes only the label will make me want to buy the beer.
This beer's alcohol content is a little higher than normal.
Even so, it was very smooth to drink.
The colour is very nice, light red or dark pink.
