The Oscar-winning actress was spotted wearing a bandage
on her neck at Variety's 5th Annual Power of Women event in Beverly Hills on
Friday (04.10.13) after recently seeking treatment for an injury she sustained
when something hit her on the head while she was shooting a movie several years
ago.A source told UsMagazine: "Charlize got injured on a set and broke a
vertebrae years ago. It's been bothering her a lot lately so she had surgery to
correct it and they had to go through her neck.It is then fed into a molding
