夜ノ森の桜。/SAKURA (cherry blossoms) in Fukushima.

「桜の森 夜の森」とは。
東東日本大震災の原発事故により警戒区域となっている福島県双葉郡富岡町にある桜の名所「夜の森」の桜をあらゆる表現で届けるプロジェクト。
富岡町出身の母親や親戚たちに“桜を見せたい”というMUSUBU代表の宮本英実の思いからスタートした。今年2012年4月25日に写真家の白井亮氏(福島県いわき市出身)と共に夜の森に入り写真を撮影。
人がいなくなってしまった町でも、変わらず咲き続ける桜は希望にも見え、この状況を多くの人に見てもらいたいと思いたいと思い、今夏福島県内でトラックを使用した移動写真展を開催。
富岡町の方々がいらっしゃる福島県郡山市で開催された第一回移動写真展 に私もお邪魔してきました。
「いつかまた見れたら良いな。」
「誰もいないのに咲いてくれてるんだな。」
色んな想いを感じました。
本当に本当に桜の写真が綺麗で。
散った花びらは誰にも踏まれることもなく、ふわふわと道に浮いています。
いつかまた。
夜ノ森の桜を楽しめる日が訪れますように。
そして本日12月1日～25日まで、宇都宮のパルコ5階にて「桜の森 夜の森」 が展示されています。
お近くにお住まいの方、お時間がある方、ぜひ足を運んでみて下さい

We donated 30,000 yen to 【MUSUBU】, one of their project, exhibiting SAKURA(cherry blossoms) of the caution zone caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake

What is like the SAKURA project of 【MUSUBU】.
We have a very famous sight for cherry blossoms called YONOMORI in Fukushima though we are now not allowed to enter the sight since the Great East Japan Earthquake happened, even people who have their houses or jobs can't go back there due to radiation.
The member of 【MUSUBU】 thought she would like to show the photos of beautiful cherry blossoms of Fukushima to her family which is from that town. She went into the caution zone with a photographer last April. There were beautiful, beautiful cherry blossoms but no one was in that towm, of course. SAKURA could cheer the people up if they look these great photos.
This is what the project like.
I joined their first exhibition in August held in Fukushima where the people fron the caution zone now live and talked to them and heard many comments like 'I would like to see these cerry blossoms some day..' , 'There cerry blossoms bloomed even though there are no one in that town..'
All photos at the exhibition are awesome.
One of them, photo of fallen cherry blossoms with no footprint was also beautiful though, it made me realize that there are actually no one walking the streets.
Hope people to see and enjoy the SAKURA of YONOMORI in Fukushima, someday.
