人間関係

今、私のチームはコミュニュケーションも頻繁で意思疎通も取れていると思うのですが、、、

同じ課のなかで二人のチームがあって

そのチームのリーダーに問題ありで、

一緒にやってる子はかなり辛そうです。💦

人間関係ってやはり一番重要だからどうにかしてあげたい。けど、いい案が浮かばない💦んです。

冷静にもう一度考えよう。

I think we have good and frequent communications within my current team members at work😊

But ...

In our department, one of other teams have only two team members. And the leader of the team has a lot of problems... I am talking about her personalities..💦

So other lady having very hard time ...

Relationships is very important at work..

And we should do something for the lady..

However I have no good solution..

I should find a good solution... I should think!!
