セミナーに行ってきました。
その中で すぐに実行できるポイント‼😤
起きる時間を三回口に出して言う。。
あら不思議。今朝本当にその時間の少し前に目が覚めた

枕元に本とかスマホを置かない。
ベッドは寝る場所と脳に記憶させる。
寝る前五分間くらい足をあげる。
夜中にトイレにいきづらくなるそうです。。
I went to a sleeping seminar yesterday.
The lecturer taught us many points.
I am sharing some of the points which we can do easily..
Out loud "wake up " time three times..
Wow.. this morning I was able to get up without an alarm clock just a couple of minutes before my set time

Don't put something on a bed. E.g. A book, smart phone etc...
For our brain to recognize the bed is place for sleeping only..
Lie down and put your legs for 5mins before you go to bed.
May be it don't need to go to the bathroom at night.
