Despite some hiccups faced during my first week as an 'Alien' as expected Japan never fails to amaze me with all their creative, fancy products and the beautiful sceneries blessed by the four seasons. Happened to see this Lotte's popular koala yaki along Nakano Broadway. How to resist not buying one to try? Comes in custard, choco and traditional red bean paste. It's like taiyaki except in that cute koala face shape. They say in the world, you can only find it here. Purchase six pieces or more and you will get the paper bag!
平日の時、一人で埼玉の鴻巣に行って、ポピーを見ました。色んな綺麗なポピーが咲いて、見ると心が明るくなりました。今月の下旬までね、まだチャンスあるよ^_^
I visited Saitama prefecture for poppy fields on a weekday noon. It is at Konosu, Saitama known as flower town where you could see fields of bright red poppies and a mix of other colours as well. Simply brightens up my day despite the cloudy gloomy skies. Still have chance to catch if you are coming or around Tokyo till this month end! Free shuttle bus on weekends otherwise take community bus, "flower".
