2週間前に代官山を散歩した時に、デンマーク大使館の「クリスマスカレンダー」と題した壁飾りを見た。
While taking a walk in Daikanyama 2 weeks ago, I came across the Christmas wall decoration outside the Danish Embassy with "Christmas Calendar" as its theme.
だから、ここで皆さんにデンマーク語で「メリークリスマス」と伝えたい: Glædelig Jul!
Therefore, I would like to say "Merry Christmas" here to all of you in Danish: Glaedelig Jul!
あの日、また代官山にあって、私にとって紅葉の名所の旧朝倉家住宅へ行った。
On that day, I paid another visit to Old Asakura House, which for me is a great place to see fall color in Tokyo.

今年の旧朝倉家住宅の紅葉は、去年に負けない程度綺麗だった。
Fall color in Old Asakura House this year was no less impressive than last.
もみじ葉っぱのはっきりした形は綺麗。
The well-defined shape of Japanese maple leaves was beautiful.
日本風の建物は背景としてとても合う。
The house in the background with its traditional architecture provided an excellent match.
日本庭園の緑色もいいコントラスト。
The green color of the Japanese garden also created a nice contrast.
建物の大きな窓から見た景色は素敵。
The view through the large glass windows was spectacular.
窓は一部としての景色も素敵。
The windows were equally magnificent as part of the scene.
近所にもあちこち紅葉が綺麗に見えた。
Fall color was also beautifully on display here and there in the neighborhood.
あと、遠くにある富士山の夕焼けも素敵。
Besides, the view of Mount Fuji at dusk in the distance was awesome.
紅葉の季節はもうそろそろ終わってさびしいですが、次のハッピーな雰囲気の溢れるクリスマスを楽しみです。
It is sad that such a beautiful season is coming to an end. However, I am looking forward to the Christmas season, a season that is full of happiness.
