Eating at a restaurant alone,
Traveling alone
watching a movie alone
all of these are called
"ohitori sama" (おひとりさま in Japanese)
I love ohitori sama.
because I love freedom
I don' t want anyome to tell me
"To do this" or "to do that".
Am I selfish?
Maybe so.
Since I have been feeling depressed these days,
I would rather stay home than go somewhere.
I don't know the reason why I've been so sad.
But today, I wanted to make myself feel refreshed,
so I went out to see beautiful scenery.

"What is it like to live in Japan?"
I couldn't answer this question,
because even though I have been living in Japan
I don't know about Japan well.

In Japan, it's very common that
we give "giri choco" to co-workers.
many women give it to the men on St. Valentine's Day.
Why?
to express "thank you" for taking care of me,
