BSLA２２日目は明日のｋ先生のグループワークの１STドラフトのために各自グループワークや話し合いをしました。
BSLAの大切なコンセプトの１つである『グローバルリーダーなるため、グローバルな世界でビジネスパーソンとして活躍できるために共同生活やグループワークでの議論を通して人間的・精神的に誠意塾した人間になろう』という事の大切さをこのグループワークを通して実感しています。
グループとして１つのパフォーマンスの高い成果物を出す時にグループメンバー１人１人の話をじっくり聞き、長所や特徴を生かした議論が大切かをこのグループワークを通して学びました。特にBSLAは大学が主催しているプログラムとは違って、大学も学年も専攻も違う人たちが集まっているので、議論が面白いです。
明日は1STドラフトなので、プログラム最終日により良い成果を残せるように頑張りたいと思います。

BSLA22 Day was their group work and discussions of group work for 1ST draft of k teacher tomorrow.
"Let's become a human to become a global leader, we cram sincerity mentally-human through the discussions in the group work and community life in order to be active as a business person in the global world," which is one of the concepts important BSLA I have realized the importance of this work through a group thing.
Take one's time to listen to every one of the group members when you put the artifacts as one of the high-performance group discussions that take advantage of the features and advantages that I've learned how important this through group work. Unlike the program is sponsored by the University, who is also different majors have gathered since grade University, BSLA discussion is particularly interesting.
I think tomorrow is a 1ST draft, and I want to do my best to leave a good result by the last day of the program.
