今日はみんな自分のタスクに精一杯向き合う一日でした。
マーケティングのプロジェクトとK先生のビジネスプロジェクトが同時進行で進んでいるわけで、限りある時間の中で効率よく作業していかないといけません。。
夜遅いと頭が回らないから作業が進まないー寝れないー次の日に響くという負のスパイラルが完成してしまいます。そこで始めたのが朝活です。
夜は思い切って朝早く起きてみんなよりも早く作業を始める
頭が回るので作業も効率的になり時間も省くことが可能になります
効果絶大です!!
今回は、睡眠は大切というお話でした笑

Today is the free day that all member tackled each task hardly.
because marketing project and business project of K teacher were progressed concurrently, we musted tackle 2 projects in the limited time efficiently.
At the beginning of this program, it was the regular style to work till late at the night , but, I noticed that it is not efficient!
the brain do not work well because of staying up late so, works do not advance→ we can not sleep→ lack of sleep have bad affects to our condition on the morrow
Like this, we have possibility to have negative spiral.
So, I started Asatatsu(using earing morning time to do works)
I had sufficient sleep even if I could not finish my today's task, but, got up early next morning and started try the tasks.
In the morning, the brain works well, so, working efficiency rose and I could cut the time.
It was so effective!!
The thing I wanted to say is sleep is important!!!
