I’m not feeling well lately.
And I’m not motivated.

Last week I wasn’t getting enough sleep.
I hadn’t been able to sleep for 3 days.

So I try to sleep on my day off even daytime.
Otherwise I must be getting tired.

I don’t have big problems though.

To control my mind is very important.
This is something I’ve been considering recently.

I sometimes escaped from situations, people to protect myself.

Because I felt that if I couldn’t control my mind, it would be over.

And I tried to treasure a little happiness.

Although some people might not be able to do so.

I don’t like writing depressing things アセアセ

I put my feelings behind and move on !
