I have a pot belly recently, so my pants are getting tight.

I stopped to stretch after my toe was broken.
And I’ve had sugary drink a lot this summer .

Although I walk about 8,000 steps every day and I always eat something light for dinner.

I guess my body chemistry changed this year.

I don’t want to face reality.

However I tried to not worry about my weight too much.

That said, I don’t like my body shape.

So I want to lose more weight !
