I made mochi with my parents today 鏡餅

We’ve always used an old machine since 1970s.

It still works グッ

This old machine is simple. 

So it’s not easy to break , not delicate 餅

I like to coat mochi with きな粉 and sugar or soy sauce, sugar イエローハーツ

I highly recommend mochi with ニシン漬け.

They make a very good match !
