3月に2026年度診療報酬改定に関する省令、告示類が発出され、改定項目の詳細が明らかになった。医療技術の進歩に対応して、新たな技術料が設けられたり、逆に古い技術は評価が見直されたりしている。ここでは診療科ごとに現場の医師が押さえておきたい臨床分野の改定項目を紹介する。本記事では内科系診療科を、4月21日公開予定の記事では外科系やその他の診療科についてまとめる。

In March of this year, ministerial ordinances and notifications concerning the 2026 revision of medical fees were issued, revealing the details of the revised items. In response to advances in medical technology, new technical fees have been established, while older technologies have been re-evaluated. Here, we present the key changes in clinical areas that practicing physicians should be aware of, for each medical specialty. This article covers internal medicine, while an article scheduled for release on April 21 will summarize surgical and other medical specialties.
