I found two pubs opened after 9:00 pm against the rules under the state of emergency last night.
They closed the door and even put the signs away and kept them inside. When I approached the door, I heard several people were drinking and laughing. They pretended to be closed. These two pubs had never closed as long as I knew since the first state of emergency.
The Governor of Osaka was telling the society should not be a place that the honesty doesn't always pay.
昨晩、９時を過ぎても営業している飲み屋が２件あった。
それらの店はドアを閉め、看板さえもしまい込み、あたかも営業していないかのように見せているが、入り口に近づくとあきらかにお客がいるのがわかる。
この２件は私の知る限り、最初の緊急事態宣言から、自粛はしていなかった。
大阪の府知事が正直者がバカを見るような社会であってはならないと言ってはいたが、、、、。
