I was so lucky that I was able to make an on-line reservation for my mother's COVID-19 vaccination in 10minutes from the startting time.
I don't think it is easy for the eldery to do so.
There are several steps to complete its reservation.
'Copy and Paste' work well if you can use some tool like post-it or memo on your PC/smartphone.
If the local government does not have enough capacity of its server, it would be a chaos.
The venue where we've reserved doesn't have a parking lot. We are wondering if we can drop her off smoothly at a roadside.
It is impossible for her to walk up there by own foot.

そもそも自治体がアクセス集中を処理できるキャパを持っていることが大前提だと思います。
接種会場は駐車場もなく、当日はDrop offすることもできるのか不安です。
