本日の親子ヨガ、元気いっぱいの子供たちとたっぷり体を動かそう
と思っていたのですが、子供たちは夏バテなのか、お母さんたちのほうが元気でした。
しっかり遊んで体力つけてね～～と言いたいところですが、こんなに暑くては外遊びはできませんね。
次回までに、宿題、忘れずにやってきてくださいね～～

But as it is, kids didn't have much energy, because of the summer heat???
