(＾～＾) hello ~
woah the weather this few days very warm and hot >< cannot stand it ><
Today i went out to run and wanted to gym too but need to pay $2.50 i only brought $2 with me hahaha! then i went to the stadium to run.. run for a few rounds then i stop because of the scorching sun, feeling dehydrate and having a headache >< and i feel the sun burning my skin HAHAH! really hot >< omg!
Oh yeah it's been awhile since i went to the Gym at woodlands haha now it looks nicer they move to the swimming pool there~ next visit i can bring my stuff there then go run, gym then swim XD hurhur!!! XD
but i also want to find a partner to play badminton HAHA i miss badminton!!!
i hope one day singapore become cold instead of hot ><! gah!.
After that i went back home. On my way back i ran again because of the traffic light, when i ran i felt light headed and i kinda lost control of my legs ._. OMG! then i nearly fell >< shity weather, i really cant stand the sun. not use to it i guess, last time i always ran at night so i can run for a longer time haha now i can't stand the sun making me dehydrate so quick plus headache! probably i should just train in the gym next time!!!
ahhh i want to train muscle !! but i also want to work!
need to plan i hope i can go to the gym twice per week or more!! must give myself 2 years to train my body!
guess tmr i will go to the gym early and stay there for a few hours! must chiong then suffer for next few days HAHAHA! because of muscle aches =D damn. i must stop eating tibits too chinese new year tibits is 
pineapple tarts <3 DROOLS~ i dun really like bah qua but still i got eat HAHA i prefer tibits~, and and the peanuts one plus the white colour 1 omg =X LOL! must control =X plus i think i also need to eat proprely, been skipping meals and eating tibits only >< hahahahahhahahah
