キラキラの時間 wonderfull days

今から30年前、わたしは高校に入学しました。

高校時代って、きらきら輝いていて、思い出すと胸がきゅんとする、いい時間だったなぁと思います。

そのときは悩んだことも、うまくいかなかったこともいろいろあったはずなのに、今となってはなつかしくていい時代だったな、と。

I entered High school 30 years ago.

My high school days are colorful with various memories. I'm sure there were tough time too, however, I remember only good memories.

入学したとき、クラスで隣の席だったしのちゃん。

隣になったのは、たんなる偶然ですが、わたしには必然だったと思える、今でも大切な大切な友人です。

そのしのちゃんと、ながらく念願だった2人の時間をすごしてきました。

Shino was at my next seat in class room. And she is still best friend of mine now.

I spent with her as we were eager to do long time.

仙台の街にひときわそびえる、ウェスティンホテルに泊まって、

なつかしの母校を訪ねたり、博物館で若冲をみたり、とめどなくおしゃべりしたり、の、贅沢な二日間。

しのちゃんがわたしに教えてくれたこと。

それは、「本当に大切なご縁は、育ちこそすれ、切れるもんじゃない」ということ。

ぜんぜん違う人生を歩んできたし、これからもきっとそうなんだけど、

わたしたちの間には、ゆるぎない糸がつながっているのです。

そのことを、あらためて実感した二日間でした。

We stayed in Westin Hotel Senai. We visited our high school, Sendai museum to see Jakuchu's exhibition. And we kept on talking all the time.

※Jakuchu is very famous Japanese painter in 18th century

What sｈe taught me is fruitful friendship never be able to lose but grows.

Our lives are completely different so far, and perhaps in the future, too. Still, we are confident that we never lose our friendship.
