『歌舞伎 Kabuki』

今日は、母と歌舞伎をみてきました。

I went to watch Kabuki with my mom today.

義経千本桜。

楽しいぃ～

The program was Yoshitsune Senbon Sakura. It's one of my faborites.

歌舞伎といえば、わたしが一番好きなのは尾上菊五郎＆菊之助。

仙台まで来てくださって、ありがとうございます。

My favorite actors are Onoe Kikugoro & Kikunosuke. They are father and the son. Thank you for coming to Sendai!

とはいえ、やっぱり歌舞伎は東京で観るのが好きです。

地方興行では、休憩が短くて、途中でお弁当を食べたりできないし…。

やっぱり、お芝居は、あれがいいのよね。

あずき最中アイス食べたりとかね。

ま、仙台でも、観ないよりは観た方が楽しいですけどね。

It's more enjoyable to watch Kabuki in Tokyo. There are some theaters mainly showing Kabuki in Tokyo. When they play in Tokyo, they show longer and the intermission is also longer. So we can enjoy lunch box between programs. And that what we can't have here. Eating special lunch box and ice cream is part of fun watching Kabuki.

Of couse, it's better to watch even here than can't watch at all.

昼の部を観たので、その後三越に行ってお中元を送ったり、母の服を選んだり。

ふたりでぶらぶら楽しい一日でした。

After watching Kabuki, we went department store and enjoyed shopping. We had a lot of fun
