This is seriously my opinion....
Japan don't need Korean idol groups,to me Japan are full of talented and great singers/groups.T-ara.,KARA and even 4minute are trying to enter Japanese market. They are going to bring their idol styles over.Even though i also supportive of Korean idol groups...but i see both Japan and Korea in a different way in term of music.
I am not in the place to judge the talent of a group but i must say idol groups popularity are highly based on their looks and not their talent. They do have talent but the fans focus is not on that.To me Japanese groups/singers are more professional, more talented in a way and fans focus are really on their music.
I do not care whether anyone agree with what i said above a not, many of you might just say i am talking bullshit or whatever...but to be truthful you are bluffing yourself also.I will not believe 100 percent that a person support a particular idol group because solely on their talent and music.Ask yourself in your heart, what do you really like in an idol group...because of the looks or really because of their music?
The way i phrase AKB48 is that i never say they are a bunch of beautiful girls,i phrase as i say they are a bunch of talented girls. And most of the time i see people comment are they are a bunch of handsome guys,a bunch of beautiful girls in a group...so that is your first focus point all along.
The real talents are all neglected, music is degrading because of idol groups that only aim only for looks as money makers.
But still, some idol groups deserve the utmost respect from me...After School is one of them.
