synopsis

Chie is a 5th grade elementary school girl who lives with her useless father, Tetsu.
（チエは、ダメ親父の父親・テツと二人暮らしをする小学5年生の女の子。）
Tetsu is a useless father who spends all his time gambling and doesn't care about housework, but Chie loves him and lives brightly and energetically.
