Bench press: 40kg*10reps, 60kg*5reps, 80kg*5(+2)reps, 80kg*3(+3)reps, 80kg*2(+4)reps
Incline dumbbell bench press: 26kg*8reps, 26kg*6reps(+20kg*3reps)
Dumbbell flye: 20kg*10reps, 20kg*10reps
Chest flye (machine): 50kg*6reps

Barbell curl: 25kg*5reps, 35kg*6(+2)reps
Reverse grip chinning: +12.5kg*7(+1)reps, +12.5kg*5(+1)reps
Incline dumbbell curl: 12kg*10reps, 12kg*6(+2)reps
