Bench press: 40kg*10reps, 60kg*5reps, 80kg*5(+2)reps, 80kg*3(+3)reps, 80kg*1(+5)reps
Incline dumbbell bench press: 26kg*8reps, 26kg*5reps(+20kg*3reps)
Dumbbell flye: 20kg*10reps, 20kg*10reps
Chest flye (machine): 50kg*6reps

Dumbbell curl: 8kg*10reps
Barbell curl: 25kg*5reps, 35kg*6(+2)reps, 35kg*4(+2)reps
Incline dumbbell curl: 12kg*10reps, 12kg*7(+2)reps

B.P.調子悪い。毎回ちょとずつ悪くなる。もうやだ。右肩痛ぇし。肩甲棘てぅか、肩峰てぅか。僧帽筋の付着部かしらん?
