Incline dumbbell bench press: 24kg*10reps, 24kg*7reps(+18kg*4reps)
Dumbbell flye: 20kg*10reps, 20kg*10reps

Lat pull-down (machine): 40kg*10reps
Chinning: bodyweight*5reps, +15kg*5reps, +15kg*4(+1)reps, +15kg*3(+1)reps
Seated row (machine): 50kg*10reps, 50kg*10reps
Dumbbell row: 38kg*10reps, 38kg*10reps
