Bench press: 40kg*10reps, 60kg*5reps, 80kg*5(+1)reps, 80kg*4(+2)reps, 80kg*2(+4)reps
Incline dumbbell bench press: 24kg*10reps, 24kg*8reps(+18kg*3reps)
Dumbbell flye: 20kg*9reps, 20kg*10reps
Chest flye (machine): 50kg*6reps

Barbell curl: 25kg*5reps, 35kg*6(+2)reps
Reverse grip chinning: +12.5kg*7reps, +12.5kg*5(+1)reps
Incline dumbbell curl: 12kg*10reps, 12kg*6(+2)reps
