Smart Phones for the Elderly and Newbies

In talking to many of my elderly friends, I've found that many of them are getting gypped with their smartphone services. Some of them are paying more than 10,000 yen/month for a substandard phone that's been modified to make it "easier" for the senior generation to use.

In order to address this problem, I spent yesterday making a Japanese video detailing how to go about buying a reliable smartphone and avoid getting ripped off.

If you have Japanese senior citizen friends or relatives thinking about buying or changing their smartphones, you might want to share this video link with them. It also might prove useful for young people thinking about buying their first smartphone.
