Cyber-attack Prepping
Japan is one of the countries that is worst prepared for a cyber-attack. 35 years ago, it was probably one of the few countries that could handle an attack due to its heavy reliance on analog tech.
What with China and its army of hackers ready to hit infrastructure and other targets anytime and anywhere, I think it's wise to take a few simple steps to help protect yourself.
First of all, stop relying heavily on digital money services like PayPay and start carrying around a little more cash.
Go to the 100-yen shop and buy a small address book and write all of your important phone numbers and addresses in it. If your smart phone goes down and you need to call someone with a pay phone, you're up the creek without it unless you're a numbers genius who remembers phone numbers.
Just as for other natural disasters, store a little food and water and get some disposable emergency toilets.
サイバーアタック準備
現在の日本はサイバーアタックに最も弱い国のひとつです。35年前、多いにアナログ技術で動いていた日本は全世界で最も強かったでしょう。
しかし、今は中国やロシアのハッカー隊に対して無防備に等しいです。そこで、自分を護ためには少し準備した方がいいだと思います。
先ずは、PayPayのようなキャッシュレス・サービスの利用をなるべく少なくし、その変わりに現金を持ち歩くように。
100円ショップで紙のアドレス帳を買って、全ての必要な親戚、友人等の電話番号や住所を記録して、手元に置きます。無線電話が消えた場合、公衆電話や固定電話がまだ効くかもしれません。しかし、スマホの電話帳にしか入っていない場合は自分はアウトです。
他の自然災害同様、水、食糧、トイレの準備をします。
